Mr. Charles Amajuoritse Ajuyah (SAN) (FCIArb)

Mr Ajuyah is a Senior Partner and the Deputy Head of the firm.

Mr Ajuyah joined the firm in 1988 and has attended various local and international courses and seminars on Maritime law and practice including Lloyd’s Shipping Law Summer School in the United Kingdom. He was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2008 and is a Life Bencher of the Body of Benchers. He was the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Delta State from 2011 – 2015. He returned to the firm as the Deputy Head of Chambers in June, 2015. Mr Ajuyah has flair for Maritime Law, Commercial and Property Laws, Oil & Gas Law, Construction & Building Law, Banking & Insurance, Taxation, Civil and Criminal Litigations.
